The inaugural Showhouse in association with New York Cottages & Gardens and the Brooklyn Heights Association featured a temporary exhibition of our work along with 16 other designers in a classic New York brownstone. Our second floor study was inspired by the canopy of trees lining the block. The room is wrapped in a custom colorway of Flavor Paper’s Wild Thing pattern and antique mirror panels. The figural furniture is a compilation of custom, vintage and one of a kind Frampton Co prototypes. We created a grouping of rugs to create texture underfoot and custom developed hand-dipped ombré fringe-lined draperies. The room design illustrates the studio’s modus operandi: integrate art with décor, create moments of surprise and levity, and inspire a fresh spirit into a classic space.
