Building identity refresh for a condo conversion with lobby design and roll-out program for select units to be renovated annually. Mid-century design and indoor-outdoor living inspired the lobby entrance. Textured tile from Heath Ceramics, ribbed wood paneling, a stacked wood reception desk, and a long, low banquette with planter form the space. Unit kitchens feature lacquered cabinets with decorative latch hardware, enamel ranges, and durable counters with a dynamic stone backsplash. Baths are lined with dual matte and shiny textured tile. Neutral in palette to accommodate broad tastes with unique materials and textures for buyer appeal.
