Bridgehampton Estate

Bridgehampton, New York

When a long-term repeat client purchased this Hamptons beach house compound, he brought his vast art collection with him. We helped him to rethink the artwork and bring it new energy by installing it in a way that encouraged interaction both with the space, and between the works themselves.

The vast estate, which encompassed a substantial addition to the existing main house and two new structures including a pool house and carriage house, required extensive construction work that eschewed drywall in favor of a more comfortable, rustic look. We also created meticulous millwork and an interior design which plays at the intersection of formal and informal, classic and modern.

Completed in collaboration with Rimland Construction and landscape architect Perry Guillot.
